In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between 555kz and each member. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

By registering an account, completing the 555kz login on any occasion, or using any product or service available through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as they stand at the time of each use. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party or use another person's account details for any purpose, both you and that third party are jointly bound by these Terms & Conditions. 555kz accepts no liability arising from such access and reserves the right to suspend both accounts pending investigation.

To register and maintain a 555kz account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 555kz enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming best practice applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other individual or entity.

555kz reserves the right to request eligibility documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the 555kz Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must notify 555kz promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team via live chat.

555kz reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform; 555kz may suspend or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Upon successful registration and first login via the 555kz login portal, your account will be active and your Rupiah balance will be set to zero pending your first deposit. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials from the moment of account creation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure. 555kz strongly recommends the following security practices:

Bank transfer deposits are processed within minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). 555kz does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are processed fee-free by 555kz. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. Your account must have passed KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid Indonesian government-issued ID (KTP or Passport).
2. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard at the time of the request.
3. Any active bonus credit attached to your balance must have satisfied its applicable wagering requirement, or you must elect to forfeit the bonus before withdrawing real-money funds.
4. The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your 555kz account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

555kz reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds for concern regarding account integrity, identity verification, or compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 7 calendar days will result in temporary suspension of the withdrawal until documentation is received.

555kz may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, free spins, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credit carries a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each bonus offer is available to one account per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9.

• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus credit expires after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus credit is removed from your balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless the promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated exclusively through bonus credit is capped at 10x the original bonus amount. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play are not subject to this cap.
• Abuse Prevention: 555kz employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts identified as engaging in such patterns will have bonus credit voided and may be suspended under Clause 9.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to game play, settlement, and payouts, and these Terms & Conditions prevail for matters relating to account management, identity, and financial transactions.

All casino games and slot titles offered by 555kz are sourced from internationally certified game studios — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness. The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities without prior notice:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of Platform use.

555kz reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of this clause. Such determination is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 15.

All content on the 555kz Platform — including but not limited to the 555kz name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 555kz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of 555kz.

• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error, pricing error, or other technical fault, provided that 555kz takes reasonable steps to correct such errors in accordance with Clause 8.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity. All members acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable and normal outcome of gaming activity.

Nothing in this clause limits 555kz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

555kz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — 555kz will provide not less than 7 calendar days' notice by posting the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting the support team.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
